Neglected portal.
- Seventeen selected articles, including two unresolved duplicate entries; the vast majority of these are Start-class, a handful are C-class, one is Stub-class, and one is B-class.
- Never maintained by the creator, who last edited in July 2016. The only maintainer worked on the portal for about a month with sparse edits in the following months; they last edited in October 2016.
- Unfortunately, Toolforge is currently down at the moment, so I'll have to update this nomination to include pageview statistics later on.
Even if I can't get pageviews right not, there's still an indication that this portal fails WP:POG. ToThAc (talk) 23:55, 10 September 2019 (UTC)
- Stats are back up.In January–June 2019, Portal:Rajasthan had an average of 12 pageviews per day.

- Note to closing admin. I don't want in any way to prejudge the outcome ... but if you close this discussion as delete, please can you not remove the backlinks? I have an AWB setup which allows me to easily replace them with links to the next most specific portal(s) (in this case Portal:India), without creating duplicate entries. --BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 02:19, 11 September 2019 (UTC)
- Delete, and oppose re-creation. Has low readership and poor maintenance, which is a clear fail of the WP:POG requirement that portals should be about "broad subject areas, which are likely to attract large numbers of interested readers and portal maintainers". Has not been maintained by its creator, Arunsingh16, who retired from Wikipedia years ago. Newshunter12 (talk) 05:47, 11 September 2019 (UTC)
- Delete as per analyses by User:ToThAc and User:BrownHairedGirl, with thanks for explaining what was causing the 504 errors. Where should I be reporting the 504 errors? Low readership and low maintenance. Robert McClenon (talk) 13:42, 11 September 2019 (UTC)
- @Robert, Don't worry about the errors. Toolforge is well-monitored, so the relevant WMF sysops will have been promptly aware of its crash. They fixed it fairly quickly. --BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 22:00, 12 September 2019 (UTC)
