Can someone explain how Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina is not fully professionally yet clubs from that league participate in both Champions League and Europa League qualifying.Bosnalopta (talk) 00:17, 27 May 2015 (UTC)

Professionalism is not a requirement to participate in UEFA club competitions. There are any number of leagues, including the Bosnian premier league that are confirmed as not fully pro whose clubs compete. Sir Sputnik (talk) 00:30, 27 May 2015 (UTC)
